In an unfortunate event, when a customer wants refund, then he/she is free to claim for refund. However, there are certain terms and conditions for refund. You can ask for refund in case you receive the package in tampered or damaged condition.

If you happen to receive a wrong order or tampered medication, then we can reship without any cost.


You may cancel your order within a day or 24 hours after ordering the same provided we haven’t dispatched the package.
